Molly Ker Hawn
Born in Massachusetts, A.G. Howard bounced around the U.S. as dictated by her fatherʼs Air Force career until the age of thirteen, when Amarillo, Texas became her permanent home. Throughout the upheaval, her constant companions were stories and books, inspiring an unquenchable thirst for reading and writing.
To this day, Lewis Carrollʼs works hold a unique fascination for her, due to his gift for weaving underlying threads of violence and eeriness into nonsensical scenes and characters. A.G. wrote her debut YA novel, Splintered, as a tribute to his masterpieces, and hopes her darker and funkier spinoff will inspire readers to seek out the stories that won her heart as a child.
When she's not writing, A.G.'s pastimes are reading, rollerblading, gardening, and family vacations which often include impromptu side trips to 18th century graveyards or condemned schoolhouses to appease her overactive muse.
