Agent: Desiree Wilson
David Faroz Precht is a Persian-American writer living in Brooklyn, but grew up outside of Chicago and was born outside Dallas. He was a tech and healthcare copywriter for over a decade before self-publishing his first graphic novel Tethered, an existentialist zombie story. David really dislikes writing bios but knows he must complete this one and will, somehow, find the strength to finish.
David wants to explore identity, intersectionality and philosophy through comics, prose and, like, words, man. He loves baseball, cooking, Persian tea in 100 degree heat, reading, better understanding cultures, traveling, walking his dog and collaborating on projects with his wife Lindsay. David lives by the adage: “All I know is that I don’t know / All I know is that I don’t know nothing.” And that’s fine.
